Move from turmoil to inner peace.

Create a better future.
Something has happened and there is no going back. Are you now willing
to let go of the past? Are you still hesitant?
Accepting life changes can mean
- Experiencing inner peace instead of turmoil
- Creating an even better future
- Finding your purpose in life
- Improving relationships by learning to forgive.
- Expressing who you truly are
- Developing your talents
- Living your dreams
You've
heard the cliché: when one door closes another door opens.
Accepting life changes simply means focusing on the door that is
opening rather than on the door that has just closed. Are you ready?
Hi, I'm Bev Howden. The darkest days of my life occurred in 1993. Since
then I've rebuilt my life and, yes, it is much more fulfilling! No matter
how bleak the present may be for you, there is a way to a bright,
fulfilling, happy future. I've created a program called "Starting Life
Over."
It is waiting for you...

Are you ready to go through the new door that is opening?

"‘Starting
Life Over’ was like opening a new door. It helped me see inside me –
it took down emotional roadblocks that
previously held me back. I now find myself willing to ask
questions of myself that previously I was not willing to face. Or
even thought of facing! I feel more confident and more curious – the
two go hand in hand."
Kevin Yurkowski, Campbell River, B.C., Canada
"Starting Life Over is like a set of
building blocks. The content kept me focused each step of the way in
the process of rebuilding my life. The Starting Life Over materials
and resources are so relevant and clear.
"Each part of the program allowed me to take a fresh look at
another aspect of myself. It brought things to awareness that had
slipped to the back of my mind.
"As well as providing the foundation for lots of personal growth
work I did, the program also kept me focused on what I truly
want. I made sure to keep at least an hour clear every week for
myself to spend using the Starting Life Over program.
"The focus on Gratitude was a wonderful week. And Bev, I am so
grateful for your support and expertise. Thanks so much!"
